A program designed for people managers? Sounds good!
After years of hardwork and dedication, it’s often the most talented and driven professionals who progress to leader and management roles, their commitment paying off with an increase in status, influence and (hopefully!) financial reward. However, the reality for many professionals is that with little or no specialist training, the ‘people’ side of their role snowballs into a source of low productivity, tension, and stress. In extreme cases, managing people can cause significant damage to people’s careers, health and personal lives.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
The Loop Connections ‘People Skills for People Managers’ program is being developed to equip professionals with the core skills required to effectively manage people. It’s designed to be industry-agnostic, time effective and practical. Whether you’re a Lead BA or Engineering Manager, a Business Owner or a Recruitment Manager, if you manage people, this program will empower you to lead with skill and confidence, improving not only your working life, but the working life of the people around you.
